Tourmaline is a software allowing to manage the whole of routes which compose your meter pool. It's the essential link between your billing system and your meter readers team. Tourmaline enables you to follow the index meter reading progress.

 

Data Exchange

Tourmaline is designed to use data coming from your customers management software (or billing system). These data will be transferred on mobile devices so that the meter reader have all information to read his index the most effectively as possible.
When all your meter readings will be finished, all information written on mobile devices, or Tourmaline, will be sent to your customers management software.

It is made safely and avoids data loss in event of connection problem. Transfer can be made simultaneously with several mobile devices whether it is in USB, network or serial mode.

 

Guaranteed compatibility

Tourmaline ensures a compatibility with old generation mobile devices (running under Microsoft MS DOS), and enables to synchronize them at the same time as the portables running with new Quartz version.

 

The remote meter reading Tourmaline enables you to view all various information received by the AMR probes installed on the meters. It manages a stock for meters equipped with an integrated AMR probe.   Data modification Tourmaline gives the possibility of updating data related to a meter or a customer. It's also possible to directly enter each meter index if those are communicated to you by customers.

Filters

Tourmaline allows you to quickly find meters or customers according to a multitude of criteria. All these criteria permit to filter files by customer information, meter, consumption…

It's possible to save the filters in order to personalize them. Thus, only the useful criteria will be asked to your research.

 

Investigations

Tourmaline is able to create surveys which will be made by your meter readers on the reading index period. In this way, you will know the opinion of your customers on various topics (customers consumption type, canalisation state, customer satisfaction…).

 

Edition of reports

With the reports systems you will be able to print each subscriber consumption and each route summary. They also enable to display the consumption evolution thanks to the charts. These reports can be printed or saved in various formats (pdf, Excel…).
