After Sales Service

All DIOPTASE products have one year waranty. If a product expresses a failure or a dysfunction during this year, it will be repaired or exchanged by a similar product.

Beyond the warranty year, an optional maintenance contract for hardware and software will be proposed to you:

  • Support continuity brought by After Sales Service.
  • Update of our software.
  • Loan of a mobile device identical to yours in the event of breakdown.
  • Annual preventive control of your mobile device with report and diagnostic.

 

 

Software Validation

DIOPTASE systematically does tests on all new software versions. These tests are effected in an intensive way during several weeks in order to guarantee a reliable and safe made product to the users.
